Therapeutic Touch, energy healings are a perfect way to reset the body & mind, taking time out for yourself to deeply relax & feel good.

This treatment can improve sleep, ease stress & anxiety, balance mood swings, reduce aches & pains & sometimes even deeper issues in the actual physical body that may be playing out in areas of your life such as relationships, career, finances & much more.

Part of your treatment you will receive a full chakra balance & auric field cleanse.

My duty is to activate and reactivate your own healing mechanisms through deep relaxation & various healing modalities.

I also use various tools and techniques such as EFT tapping, Sound tools, Smudging, Emotion code Release techniques and many other wonderful ancient tools to help balance the body and mind.

I set a beautiful space using a massage table where you will lay down fully clothed.

At the end of your treatment you are offered an oracle card & we discuss any messages of guidance that may have come through during your treatment.

Remote Energy Healings are like having an energy wash, purifying, cleansing & clearing to refresh you.

Once you have booked your session you will receive a confirmation email. Together we can then lease to find a suitable day & time for you.

Where to do your remote session? I suggest you find a quiet space to start sitting with room to lay down with a pillow & blanket. I will face time you at the time we have set & guide you from here. You do not need to know anything about healing or spiritual practices, you can be a complete beginner or just curious.

The treatment will consist of various healing modalities tailored for you. You will lay and be guided into a safe beautiful deep relaxation where I will begin the remote energy healing. You will be guided every step of the way.

Full chakra cleanse, removal of stagnation & trapped energies which are ready to be released such as past traumas, past life trauma, pain, toxins, heart ache, heart break, ancestral negative patterns and more. Guided subliminal positive programming will be spoken throughout the practice.

At the end of a treatment you will be given energy healing tools to take away to practice in your day to day life. These practices help us take action to feel better & inhabit phenomenal coping skills, find solutions to problems & generally feel lighter & brighter.
